I'm sending this out to clients who I believe would save money by doing their tech support this way. If you know you need tech support every month, this style of support will most likely save you a lot of money.

This also helps left-click, because it allows us to better manage our resources. By providing scheduled support to cover the basics, we reduce the number of emergency situations requiring our top experts. This increases our efficiency.
